Process & Procedure

I take my commissions very seriously and make sure the end result is everything you hoped for and more. The simple steps I take in order to keep you updated throughout the process are...

Any more then the set amount of amends explained in the 'You'll Receive' procedure, can result in an extra charge of up to £10 GBP per extra round depending on complexity - this includes changing/adding details from the original brief.

You'll Receive

  • Rough sketch to be approved before completion - at this point, you can make a set of amends if you feel I've missed something. 

  • Flat greyscale of character update you can make a set of amends if you feel I've missed something. (Only applies to commissions £80 GBP or above.)

  • Flat colour to be approved before completion at this point, you can make a set of amends if you feel I've missed something. (Only applies to commissions £80 GBP or above.)

  • Final High Resolution image supplied for download (ranging 2500-4000px)

Procedure

  • The commission will start upon completion of payment. Stages will be provided for approval and any minor changes before completion. (Rough initial is usually provided within 48 hours after payment is made).

  • You will be provided a link to my Trello Artboard to keep track of progress.

  • Upon completion, the final images will be uploaded to a G-drive folder with a link provided for you to Download from.

Extras

Additional things you can add to your commission request! 

  • Price Per Extra Character

    20 - 50 GBP

    The price depends on the size and style of the commission, and the complexity of the additional character.

  • WINGS & COMPLEX CHARACTERS

    10 GBP

    Depending on the complexity of your character or if your character has large wings then an extra small fee will be applied.

  • Panels 1-3

    10-30 GBP (Each)

    Depending on the complexity of the panel content and the choice of style, these are an additional fee of up to 3 panels max on a commission. (Commission must be half/full-body for panels)

  • NSFW/SFW Version

    10 - 50 GBP

    Depending on the complexity of the alternative and the style/size you choose for the commission; an extra fee will be applied for NSFW/SFW alt versions of the original commission. These can’t be added once the commission has been completed or during its process, please enquire when submitting the original commission request.

  • Simple Animation

    Enquire

    Rain, stars twinkling, water falling, small flames, eyes blinking, glowing, lightning, tears falling, clouds moving, petals/leaves falling etc. Examples in my gallery. Please enquire for more information and quotes.
